Organizational Development (OD) Consultant

OD Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Analyze organizations from a broad, systems perspective while also being able to deliver focused consultative services
  • Facilitate executive teams through a strategic planning processes
  • Develop and deliver dynamic, interactive workshops, trainings or executive meetings with clients
  • Translate leadership theory to relevant leadership training that focuses on practical application
  • Apply knowledge of organizational assessment, organizational design practices and change management
  • Plan and manage small and medium-sized projects
  • Build positive relationships with senior-level stakeholders

OD Consultant Qualifications:

  • Masters in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business or other related field
  • 5+ years Organizational Development experience
  • 3+ years of experience with a management consulting firm (Big 5 preferred)
  • Expert knowledge in Organizational Development and Leadership Development
  • Strong leadership qualities and comfort in working with executive management
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Ability to quickly establish a high level of credibility, appropriate confidence to gain the trust and respect of key stakeholders and learners
  • Strong knowledge of leadership theory and its practical application
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skilled in MS Office including Word and PowerPoint

Competency Modeling Expert

Competency Modeling Responsibilities:

  • Develop competency models that can be used in a wide variety of talent management applications such as for selection and hiring, talent assessment and development and performance management
  • Facilitate department leaders through the process of creating and implementing competency models
  • Design and assist clients to implement effective recruiting, performance appraisal, professional development processes
  • Lead organizational strategic design activities

Competency Modeling Qualifications:

  • Masters in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business or other related field
  • 5+ years Organizational Development experience
  • 3+ years of experience with a management consulting firm (Big 5 preferred)
  • Expert knowledge in Organizational Development and Leadership Development
  • Demonstrated skill in building relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly establish a high level of credibility, appropriate confidence to gain the trust and respect of key stakeholders and learners

Project / Program / Portfolio Management Trainer

Project / Program / Portfolio Management Trainer Responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging and innovative Project / Program Management Fundamental and
  • Advanced Training Classes for private client engagements
  • Deliver clear concise explanations of all aspects of Project Management processes
  • Apply instructional strategies relevant to adult learning principles
  • Prepare / customize training materials to client needs, as required
  • Research topics and develop additional curriculum, as required, to ensure training materials are leading edge
  • Provide 1:1 follow up coaching to client-directed problems / projects

Project / Program / Portfolio Management Trainer Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university – Business, Engineering and/or Information Technology degree preferred
  • PMP certification
  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in moderate and complex environments
  • Program and portfolio experience desired
  • Minimum of 3 years of designing, developing and delivering Project and Program
  • Management training classes
  • Understanding of multiple project methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate / coach 1:1 or small groups through actual Project / Program Management situations
  • Ability to work on a variable, project-oriented basis on client engagements in the greater Denver metro area
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Project Manager

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage moderately complex projects on a project-oriented basis in the greater-Denver metro area
  • Develop and conduct status reporting
  • Manage scope, issue, risks and change control
  • Manage budgets and schedule resources effectively
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships under stressful situations
  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Identify and resolve project issues and risks within a timely manner
  • Manage project team personnel
  • Deliver measurable results

Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • PMP certification (preferred)
  • Experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of project management experience
  • Program management experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate / coach 1:1 or small groups working in actual project management situations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Business Analyst

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Understand and develop user requirements in both business and IT environments
  • Perform functional design and develop use cases
  • Perform data modeling and create business models
  • Understand business problems, analyze data and develop solutions
  • Apply lean / six sigma methods for process improvement
  • Assist with organizational and systems design projects
